The hotel has an amazing location near the duomo (a quick walk!). the decor was also something i really enjoyed, it added to the overall atmosphere of the stay. breakfast was a simple but good quality meal. It included all i needed. it made for a good start to each day.

the staff were friendly and contactable when needed. they were quick to answer questions and they even offered bag storage upon early arrival. this allowed me to see the city without luggage (which i appreciated).

the breakfast offered a good variety of foods. the staff kept the area clean and well-stocked. i noticed fresh fruit and pastries were available daily (the coffee was particularly good).

my suite featured a unique layout and very nice ceiling. the room was very spacious (i had plenty of room to move around). there was effective air conditioning which was useful during a warm week.

The location was central. It was easy to reach main attractions. The room had a comfortable bed and I liked the breakfast pastries. Check-in was simple and the area felt very secure.
The stairs were quite a climb, especially with luggage. I was not prepared for the number of steps. This made arrival and departure a bit challenging.
