N4U Guest House occupies the 2nd floor of a 14th-century palace on Via del Proconsolo 5, between Piazza Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. The building features original stone staircases and lacks an elevator. It sits 1 km from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station and 10 km from Peretola Airport.
